I’m Jody Florman, a 68-year-old woman with muscle, laugh lines, and a body I’ve rebuilt more than once. I help women stop treating aging like a slow decline and start living like their second half is the good part.

I’ll consult and provide advice on movement you’ll actually do — and keep doing.
Think: strength, mobility, balance, heart health, and feeling powerful when you get up off the floor (or out of bed).

2. Food, Metabolism & Timeless Energy

No starvation. No trendy diets.
We’ll look at how you’re eating now, what your body actually needs, and how to fuel yourself for clear thinking, stable mood, and sustainable energy.

3. Sleep, Stress & Nervous System Calm

Your nervous system runs the show.
We’ll work with sleep hygiene, stress patterns, recovery rituals, and practical tools to help your body stop living in “constant emergency mode.”

4. Skin, Style & Body Confidence

How you feel in your body matters just as much as the numbers.
We’ll talk skincare, aging gracefully (without pretending you’re 20), and small, doable changes that help you recognize yourself in the mirror again.

5. Mindset, Energy & Letting Go

Lasting change isn’t just about willpower.
I weave in mindset work, breakthrough tools, and gentle energetic practices (like Reiki) to help you release old stories and move forward without dragging your past behind you.

I’m 68, fit, strong, and still very much a work in progress.

I’ve been a sculptor, designer, muralist, healer, world traveler, serial reinventer, and bike-everywhere kind of woman. I’ve lost almost everything and rebuilt. More than once.

I’ve lived in big bodies and smaller ones. I’ve been wildly active and completely derailed. I know what it’s like to feel like you’re “too much,” “too tall,” “too old,” or “too late” — and to decide that none of that gets to have the last word.
